Side effects of Anime that You Must Not Ignore

  • Anime are addictive - Once you start watching anime, you can't stop yourself. You'll get addicted to it.

  • You'll become Nocturnal - This addiction will make you awake all night and you won't do anything except watching it late night.

  • You'll end up Falling in love with fictional characters - There are couple of characters that are meant to be fallen for. L from death Note, Yanagisawa from Golden Time, Nyata from Log Horizon, Asuna from SAO, Kunieda from Beelzebub, Kuroyukihime from Accel world, Chitoge from Nisekoi, Levi from AOT, etc. are some such characters.

  • You’ll think this society is trash - The ideal world anime talk about are wonderful. You’ll start believing that you were born in the wrong world and this society isn’t worth something.

  • Anime will be your priority - You will end up re-scheduling your priorities and you wouldn’t notice when watching anime will replace your other activities. This will no longer be your recreational activity.

  • Your routine will be messed up

  • Your grades may drop down - Personally, I watch anime over 4 hours in weekdays despite my 1- hour college and classes. There’s been gradual drop in my grades all because I haven’t been able to study for long. Every day I try to study hard but I fail.

  • Your Ideology will chance - Your thoughts and your perception will surely change. You’ll have a different ideology of your own which will be based on ideal world or some another character-driven world. You’ll find everything going around you as senseless.

  • You’ll be mocked - This is the biggest drawback you might face. Everyone around you will make fun of you. You’ll be their Person of Interest for long. They’ll start questioning your mentality. They’ll feel sorry for you (Though we’re the ones who feel sorry for them).
